Are your products made in Italy?
All our products are completely made in Italy by artisans, with decades of
Spediamo in tutta Europa, UK, U.S.A., Australia, Canada, Japan, South
Corea and China.
How can I clean my leather bag?
To clean our bags we advise you to use a kind of elastic rubber called para; it will remove stains.
Small damages can be repaired using a neutral polish – the one without color, also used for shoes.
Do your bags have a brand name?
Yes. The bags carry the name LILIVM, exclusively made by Italian artisans for our shop.
Can I have a copy of the receipt / invoice?
After confirming the order and before sending off the goods we can email a copy of the receipt and/or invoice upon request. In any case the original receipt and/or invoice will be in the parcel.
Have you sent off my order?
After sending your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the courier used. In this way you can track your order online.
What can I do if I receive a product that is damaged?
In case of a damaged product we invite you to report it to us within 14 days after you have received your order. If you are dissatisfied with the product and you would like to send it back or be reimbursed, the cost of this mailing will be for the client. This mailing should be traceable (for example by using a courier).
Why have I not received a message confirming my order?
If you have not received an email within 48 hours after placing your order, please check your spam folder and make sure our email address is in your safe mailing list, to prevent an anti-spam filter to block future communication.
Am I able to change my order for another color or model?
It is not a problem to change your product, as long it is not damaged, i.e. in perfect condition. We remind you the cost of mailing you the new product remains free, but replacing the goods and the cost for mailing the original product is for the client. This mailing should also be
traceable (for example by using a courier).
What are the expenses for shipment?
The cost for shipment is free for all our products.
Why did the courier ask me to pay even if there is free delivery?
In the case of an international shipment, additional taxes for customs might be requested to be paid by the client before receiving the parcel. Please bear in mind expenses for customs are completely different from the cost of shipment.
We remind you the custom tax is not included in the price of the shipment.
